What is a challenge? This can be something in your life that you find hard to manage, that could at times overwhelm you making it hard to deal with. Often our reactions to challenges depend on our beliefs and attitudes. For example, sometimes we may feel angry that the person we care for is ill and we believe it’s unfair.
