When someone visits www.promasonline.co.uk we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
As part of the registration/application process for our courses, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to enable the site to function properly, for example, to ensure that your personal course progress is marked as you complete each lesson; to check eligibility and enable you to access different areas of the site, to collect statistics through which you cannot be identified, to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information such as to ask for your feedback on the courses, or to get in touch to ask if you would like any support; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
When you apply to our courses your name, address data, email and contact number, date of birth will be stored in our IT systems and in those of trusted partner agencies who offer technical support for this website for legitimate reasons.
You are entitled and have the right to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold.
